Julie Teahan, MS in Applied Behavioral Science '98 is a Principal within PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC's Washington Federal Practice. She has over 20 years of experience including 17 years focused on advising the Public Sector. She has extensive knowledge in strategic planning, program management, training and development, instructional design, organizational development and business process reengineering.  

Julie's primary responsibility is to direct client delivery for PwC's Military Healthcare System (MHS) team overseeing a portfolio of projects. Prior to joining PwC, Julie was a Senior Manager at BearingPoint supporting a variety of clients including the State Department, the Internal Revenue Service and the Inter-American Development Bank.

She holds a B.A. from Loyola University of Maryland and a M.S.in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School. 

Julie currently lives in Great Falls VA with her spouse, AJ, and 3 children ages 9, 7, and 4. As a mother of 3 children, she serves as a mentor to many working mothers. Her hobbies include creative writing and running.
