Allan L. Berman Institute
The Allan L. Berman Institute, established in 1989, encompasses all the noncredit programs and activities within the Edward St. John Real Estate Program. Specifically, these include:
- Baltimore Architectural Foundation Forum
- Joint ventures with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)
- Customized continuing education programs, e.g., programs for real estate officers in financial institutions, and for the real estate arm of the federal government's General Services Administration (GSA)
